President of Clarity Consulting, Tina has nearly 20 years of experience as an organization development (OD) consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach.
A senior-level OD consultant, Tina works collaboratively with clients to implement change. She leads large-scale workforce effectiveness projects that help clients create a more equitable workplace.
A dynamic trainer and facilitator, Tina designs and delivers high-energy programs for leaders, managers, individual contributors and teams. Her areas of focus include Leadership and Management Skills, Communication Skills, Coaching & Mentoring Skills, Performance Effectiveness, and Team Building.
As a Master Certified Coach, Tina holds the highest certification level available from the International Coach Federation. She coaches executives, high-potential employees, and entrepreneurs, often coaching leaders who are strong technically, and want to improve their interpersonal skills so they can rise to the next level. Through her affiliation with Partnership Coaching, Tina also offers coaching certification workshops, teaching individuals a powerful and practical model to coach and mentor others.
